The best word to describe DERROTA is simply massive. Their music style combines down-tuned hardcore with ultra-gloomy sludge and a slight metal twist... Like crossing AMBUSH, HIS HERO IS GONE and WINTER, but not necessarily both at the same time. All their own songs, and even the ESKORBUTO cover to some degree, have a colossal sound that has the crushing effect of a steamroller running back and forth over your head.
This Spanish band self-released the LP version in 2005 (it's totally sold out now) and now it is finally available on CD.

This CD has been co-released with LOKOS RECORDS, VÍCTIMAS DEL PROGRESO y SOROLL. 1000 copies have been pressed.
